Commercial Operations Manager | Process Optimisation | Driving Efficiency and Growth

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Advertising Traffic Coordinator to join our dynamic Commercial team. This full-time role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone looking to take their first step into the media industry. You will be responsible for scheduling commercial advertisements in accordance with client advertising agreements, capturing proof of play images, creating practice slides, and performing other administrative tasks as required. You will play a crucial role in ensuring campaigns run smoothly while supporting both the Commercial, Content and Customer Care teams. Our ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and ambitious, thriving in a high-performing, energetic environment with a passion for media.
As an Advertising Traffic Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling digital advertisements into our trafficking platform
- Managing technical ad checks in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Working with third-party verification partners on targeted campaigns
- Creating and updating Canva slides for our Practice partners
- Taking campaign proof-of-play pictures in market
- Providing network reporting
- Supporting the Customer Care Team with scheduling resolutions
What we're looking for:
As an Advertising Traffic Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the success of our client advertising campaigns. Your ability to build strong relationships, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and provide exceptional customer service will be essential to your success in this role. A keen eye for detail, the ability to multitask, sound analytical reasoning, and strong written and verbal communication skills are a must. A passion for delivering the best possible client experience should already be part of your DNA!
You’ll also bring strong Excel and data management skills, familiarity with Canva (preferred), and ideally some knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro (a bonus, but not essential).
