About Us

We're not just a speech pathology practice - we're a team of speechies led by speechies who truly understand your needs.Established in 2001 we are a North Brisbane practice dedicated to helping children and young adults at all stages of development including those with developmental disorders, disabilities, speech, language and literacy delays.

As a small business we genuinely care about you and your goals.We want you to be a great clinician and feel supported every step of the way!We get it because we've been there.

Our clinic is well resourced, family friendly and backed up by a lovely admin team. You will be well supported and receive training and mentoring by our experienced senior therapists who understand what it's like to be in your shoes.

Why We Don't Do Mobile Work

We believe our time — and our clients’ funding — is better spent on therapy, not travel. Driving across Brisbane can easily cost a client more than half their available hours. We'd rather provide double the therapy and deliver life-changing results.

We also love the energy that comes from being together. There's something special about bumping into a fellow speechie in the hallway and celebrating a client's win with someone who truly understands.

And let’s be honest — it’s pretty great starting the day with a hot coffee, knowing everything you need is right where it should be. No packing bags. No juggling equipment. Just turning up, fully present, ready to make a difference.

About the role

Your responsibilities as a Speech-Language Pathologist

• Establish and maintain strong connections with clients and their families to foster trust and engagement.
• Provide individual therapy for a range of areas, including speech, fluency, feeding, literacy, language, and social communication, with opportunities to develop or extend your area of passion.
• Collaborate with the team to plan therapy sessions, access shared knowledge and skills, and shadow experienced clinicians.
• Design and implement therapy plans using available resources, supported by an administration team who prepare materials for your sessions.
• Write session notes to ensure families and clients understand what to practice before the next session.
• Prepare detailed reports only when requested.
• Maintain a healthy work-life balance, completing all work within designated work hours to refresh and revitalise.
