Role Overview
The Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Advisor will provide advice on health and safety matters, serve as the first point of contact for safety queries, and develop policies and systems. The role is based in Collingwood with hybrid work arrangements.

Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice on workplace health and safety
- Review and develop safety policies and procedures
- Conduct risk assessments and safety audits
- Investigate incidents and near-misses
- Stay informed on industry trends and legislative changes
- Promote safety culture through campaigns and engagement initiatives
Qualifications and Experience
- Certificate IV or higher in OHS
- Experience in an OHS role, preferably in the not-for-profit sector
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices
- Strong communication skills for engaging diverse staff
- Ability to review and develop safety procedures

- Total remuneration package of $103,952.14 (including superannuation), paid pro-rata
