Job Title: Home Care Worker
Join our team to support aged community members in Launceston, Tasmania. We are looking for compassionate individuals who care about making a difference.
Requirements:
- A caring personality and good rapport with people
- A Cert III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
- A valid Driver's License

Additional Information:
- Must have a Tasmania Police Schedule 1 National Police Certificate (no older than 12 months)
