Creative Solutions Group isa fast-paced, growing organization looking for a full-time professional, highly skilled Production Graphic Installation Lead to join our dynamic team in our Maumee, OH facility.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Follow a layout to place computer-cut vinyl or full-color graphic image(s) on a predetermined substrate or medium.
- Prepare substrates for vinyl application.
- Weed excess vinyl from computer-cut images. Weeding techniques vary with size, type of vinyl, and complexity of images.
- Operate and maintain printer(s), laminating equipment, and plotter cutter.
- Perform quality assurance measures pre- and post-production by accurately reading and interpreting a graphic layout and then proofing for errors or unacceptable standards.
- Perform finishing operations such as laminating and/or mounting of printed pieces.
- Report inventory levels and stock to be reordered to the center manager/production manager or franchisee.
- Assist graphic designer with measuring of tradeshow booth properties and display pieces.
- Install SEG Fabric graphics.
- Clean and maintain storage areas.
- Be a team player and be willing to learn and assist others as required.
- Be willing to assist the production department as needed including but not limited to tradeshow booth set-up and tear-down.
- Be willing to learn new skills as required.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in sign production preferred.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time (4 hours or more).
- Flexibility to lean over a waist-high table and use back-and-forth hand motion to apply vinyl letters and graphics to a substrate.
- Ability to work under pressure to output high-volume, high-quality work.
