Are you an experienced 360 white collar recruitment consultant looking for an exciting opportunity?

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for white collar positions within the designated sector.
• Working on both permanent and contract white collar placements.
• Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates using a variety of recruitment methods.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Business development within your given market.
• Conducting interviews, reference checks, and negotiating employment offers.
• Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a 360 white collar recruitment consultant.
• Strong sourcing and networking skills to identify and engage with top talent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proven ability to grow your business.
• Able to communicate past financial successes within the recruitment field.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets and exceeding expectations.
