About the Role

We’re looking for aBrand & Marketing Managerwho is both strategic and creative, with a sharp eye, strong instincts and the ability to lead work that genuinely moves the brand forward.

You’re someone who gets it. You understand what makes a brand resonate, what captures attention, and what drives results. You’re smart, switched on and highly capable. You’ve got big-picture vision with detail-level precision. You’re comfortable in the doing as you are in the thinking.

You have a strong eye, you know what works and why. Commercially minded, creatively driven, and able to make decisions that move the needle while staying true to the brand.

We’re open to candidates based anywhere in Australia for the right person, with flexibility for remote or hybrid working arrangements.

Purpose of the Role

As our Brand & Marketing Manager, you’ll lead and execute smart, creative marketing that drives revenue, deepens customer engagement, and grows brand presence across every channel.

This role blends strategy and execution—developing clear plans, producing standout content, and launching campaigns that connect with the right audience at the right time. You’ll lead end-to-end marketing and brand across retail and wholesale, focussing on intentional content across influencer, digital and brand that delivers results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement retail and wholesale marketing and brand strategies that drive sales, engagement, and brand awareness
  • Align marketing plans with broader business goals and lead cross-functional execution
  • Own the marketing calendar, planning cycles, and budget management
  • Oversee email marketing end-to-end
  • Identify and execute scalable growth channels (e.g. affiliate, referral programmes)

Content & Campaigns

  • Lead content production across all channels including social media, email, paid ads, SEM, website, and retail partners
  • Own campaign development from concept through to execution, ensuring alignment with revenue and brand goals
  • Lead weekly execution of the social feed with strong creative direction

Influencer & Brand

  • Build and lead a strategic influencer programme to grow reach and drive authentic engagement
  • Manage influencer partnerships
  • Maintain and elevate brand identity across campaigns, collaborations, events and public relations

Digital Content

  • Collaborate with the Digital team to innovate and test high-performing SEM and paid social content
  • Maintain a creative yet commercial lens across all campaign messaging, grounded in product, trends, and customer insights

Customer & Brand Engagement

  • Develop and implement strategies that drive awareness, acquisition, and retention
  • Oversee social media communication, ensuring timely, brand-aligned responses to customer and community feedback
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team with clarity, creativity, and accountability
  • Foster strong cross-functional collaboration

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor performance across all marketing channels and report on ROI, engagement, and conversion metrics
  • Use insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years in a brand and marketing leadership role, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands
  • A proven creative eye with great instinct
  • Strategic mindset and commercial instincts
  • Strong writing and content direction skills
  • Experience leading a team and working cross-functionally
  • Agile, solution-focused, and comfortable with making quick, informed decisions

  • Growth in sales revenue driven by marketing
  • Strong ROI across digital, influencer, and email campaigns
  • High-performing content across social, paid, and partner platforms
  • Consistent creative leadership that lifts brand and team performance
