Join to apply for the Production Coordinator role at Scope (Aust).
Your new role
As a Production Coordinator, you’ll be the right-hand support to our Site Manager, working together to ensure the smooth, timely, and high-quality delivery of services for a key client. This role involves coordinating production activities, managing incoming and outgoing work, and supporting our team of supported employees to achieve daily targets.
We’re looking for someone with strong coordination and customer service experience, who can balance priorities, communicate clearly, and lead by example. A 7:30 AM start is required to ensure production is set up and running smoothly each day.
In addition, as a Production Coordinator, you will:
- Be the go-to person for daily production planning, organising, and distributing tasks to ensure timelines are met and quality is maintained.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing work, ensuring everything is tracked, completed, and delivered in line with client expectations.
- Act as a key contact point for client communication—handling updates, queries, and service adjustments professionally and responsively.
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and productive work environment.
About You
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy the challenge of keeping operations running efficiently while delivering outstanding service. You’re a confident communicator and organiser who builds strong working relationships and inspires those around you. You’ll also bring:
- Experience in a coordination or customer-facing operations role within a warehouse environment.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
- A positive and inclusive approach to supporting people of all abilities.
