Your Mission

As our Meta Ads Creative Strategist, you'll develop compelling narratives and conversion-focused content that drives real business outcomes. You'll own the creative process from concept to execution, continuously optimising based on performance data and industry insights.

What You'll Own

  1. Creative Strategy Development: Create comprehensive creative strategies for client accounts, maintaining "Master" documents that guide campaign direction
  2. Ad Concept Generation: Craft irresistible hooks, angles, and messaging that stop scrolls and start conversions
  3. VSL & Copy Creation: Write high-performing ad copy and script compelling Video Sales Letters that drive action without feeling pushy
  4. Performance Analysis: Interpret campaign data to refine your approach and identify winning creative patterns
  5. Creative Testing: Design and implement systematic testing frameworks to continuously improve performance
  6. Industry Intelligence: Stay ahead of platform changes, creative trends, and competitor strategies to inform your work

What You Bring

  • Experience: 2+ years in digital marketing with a focus on performance creative
  • Platform Knowledge: Deep understanding of Meta Ads ecosystem and what drives performance
  • Conversion Expertise: Proven ability to write copy that converts across various formats (image, video, carousel)
  • Canva Proficiency: Strong experience creating ad creatives in Canva is essential
  • Testing Mentality: Experience developing and analysing creative tests to drive continuous improvement
  • Communication Skills: Ability to articulate strategies and insights to both team members and clients
  • Organisation: Detail-oriented approach to managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Learning Mindset: Genuine passion for eCommerce and digital marketing, constantly seeking new knowledge

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience with landing page optimisation and website conversion strategy
  • Understanding of visual design principles and creative collaboration workflows
  • Experience collaborating with video editors to bring video creative concepts to life
  • Specialised knowledge in specific eCommerce verticals (health, wellness, consumer products)
  • Experience managing client relationships and presenting strategic recommendations
