The Role:

As an Automotive Technician, you'll be crucial in ensuring the smooth processing of vehicles, from logging them in to identifying any damages, preparation for vehicles, and preparing road test reports for auction presentation. You'll handle parts fitting, parts decommissioning, helping maintain the yard, manage inventory, and assist the operations team as needed.

This permanent full-time role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work and has an eye for detail. It's a great opportunity for a qualified mechanic looking to join a dynamic team and be part of the auction excitement.




Responsibilities:

• Fit parts onto vehicles according to specifications and guidelines.
• Decommissioning of parts from the vehicles.
• Preparation of road test reports for auction presentation.
• Assist in receiving, inspecting, and organising parts inventory.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times.

Skills & Experiences:

• Certification in light vehicle mechanics or equivalent (desirable)
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Intermediate knowledge of automotive parts and equipment
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
