Responsibilities:
- Lead 18 Knots Rooftop Bar, creating memorable experiences with cocktails and sunsets
- Enhance bar performance by analyzing sales and controlling costs
- Manage innovative cocktail menus and stay current with mixology trends
- Ensure smooth flow of orders during service
- Create fun, safe, and memorable moments for guests and staff
About You:
- Certified Approved Manager (or willing to obtain) with expertise in cocktails, wines, and spirits
- Management or supervisory experience in dynamic, high-energy environments
- Strong leadership skills blending creativity and revenue focus
- Commercial acumen to drive financial success
- Hospitality enthusiast, trend-aware, innovative
- Quick, efficient, and positive attitude
