Our client is an MSP that helps its clients excel in today’s challenging environment. The MSP focuses on working with clients to create optimal outcomes based on proven technology, industry best practices, and real-world experience.
The business predominantly supports small to medium-sized businesses (10 to 200 employees), mainly in Melbourne’s South East region.
About the Role
You will support customers via phone or by traveling to their offices for onsite support, projects, or when required to operate from the client’s office. The role is hybrid, operating from home unless you are required to work at the client’s site.

Role and Responsibilities
The role involves providing remote and onsite client support, including:
- Responding to and resolving technical issues related to endpoints, hardware peripherals, Business SaaS, identity, and print services.
- Supporting software installations and configurations.
- Recovering files from backups.
- Managing support calls and emails to ensure SLAs are met.
- Troubleshooting and resolving basic network-related issues.
- Handling complex issues such as root cause analysis on blue-screen laptops.
- Implementing permanent solutions beyond workarounds.
- Managing user accounts, computers, and security groups using identity management tools.
- Configuring and maintaining mailboxes for network users on various platforms.
- Implementing security policies and protocols to ensure system security.
- Managing email systems, including setting up out-of-office replies.
- Administering M365 (Office 365, Microsoft 365, Intune, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and Google Workspace issues.
Experience and Skills Requirements
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
- Approximately 2-5 years of relevant MSP experience.
- Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange Server, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Office 365/Microsoft 365, Azure.
- Experience with MSP tools and systems such as Kaseya, Datto products like Autotask and Datto RMM.
- Strong experience in creating and reviewing technical documentation.
- Own a reliable vehicle (vehicle allowance/reimbursements provided).
- Citizens or Permanent Residents.
