Connecting Teams, a fast-growing software consultancy organisation, is seeking a skilled and strategic Marketing Manager to join our team. This is a contract-based role, with hours varying depending on the volume of work available. We are looking for an individual who can develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, leveraging various channels and Zoho's suite of marketing applications.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans, including a marketing calendar for key events and milestone dates
- Create and manage account management strategies for existing clients, including referral gifts and thank you initiatives
- Identify and develop detailed client personas, understanding their current position, desired future state, and the 'gap' representing their desired outcomes
- Design and create high-converting landing pages that address specific client needs and 'gaps'
- Develop compelling lead magnets and irresistible offers to drive conversions
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including:
- Social media campaigns (Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Instagram)
- Cold video email marketing with irresistible offers
- Sales funnels with paid advertising
- Email and SMS nurturing sequences
- Social media campaigns (Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Instagram)
- Create and analyse reports showing engagement and ROI across all marketing channels and campaigns
- Collaborate closely with the Graphic Designer/Website Designer and Video Editor to create cohesive marketing materials
- Work directly with clients and the Project Management Team to implement marketing strategies and Zoho marketing applications
- Utilise and manage Zoho marketing applications for both internal and client needs, including:
- Zoho Marketing Automation
- Zoho Campaigns
- Zoho Social
- Zoho SalesIQ
- Zoho PageSense
- Zoho Survey
- Zoho Webinar
- Zoho Backstage
- Zoho Marketing Automation
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B software or consultancy environment
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies
- Strong understanding of client persona development and customer journey mapping
- Expertise in creating and optimising landing pages and lead magnets
- Proficiency in social media marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems, preferably Zoho's suite of marketing applications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to create and interpret marketing performance reports
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new marketing technologies and strategies
