Residents (as able), relatives, carers, and other health professionals are involved in individual care planning and encouraged to participate actively in decision-making. Nursing staff work collaboratively to provide resident-focused, quality nursing care that meets aged care standards and support leisure and recreational activities.The Assistant in Nursing (AIN) is responsible for providing nursing care in a professional, safe, and compassionate manner as part of The Parklands team.
