About The Role

In this role, you will:

• Utilize your expertise to assist individuals in returning to meaningful occupations
• Assess the treatment and rehabilitation needs of workers with work-related or non-work-related injuries or illnesses
• Help clients explore future employment or training options by reviewing their transferable skills, qualifications, and interests
• Perform various assessments such as functional capacity evaluations, ergonomic assessments, or activities of daily living evaluations
• Manage cases effectively to plan, coordinate, and monitor clients’ progress toward return-to-work goals
• Engage with stakeholders and build relationships to support business objectives

Minimum Requirements

• Professional registration with AHPRA or ESSA (AEP)
• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
• Current Working with Children Check
• Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check
