About The Role
In this role, you will:
- Utilize your expertise to assist individuals in returning to meaningful occupations
- Assess the treatment and rehabilitation needs of workers with work-related or non-work-related injuries or illnesses
- Help clients explore future employment or training options by reviewing their transferable skills, qualifications, and interests
- Perform various assessments such as functional capacity evaluations, ergonomic assessments, or activities of daily living evaluations
- Manage cases effectively to plan, coordinate, and monitor clients’ progress toward return-to-work goals
- Engage with stakeholders and build relationships to support business objectives

Minimum Requirements
- Professional registration with AHPRA or ESSA (AEP)
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
- Current Working with Children Check
- Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check
