Job Description
As a Recruitment Manager at Page Group, your responsibilities include:
- Leading a diverse team of recruitment consultants and fostering a high-performance culture
- Hiring, training, and developing team members for successful careers
- Building relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs
- Utilising various sourcing strategies to find quality candidates and generate new business
- Managing the candidate interview process from screening to offer negotiation
- Maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with clients and candidates to maximize performance

- Experience leading recruitment or sales teams
- Exceptional communication and decision-making skills
