Responsibilities and objectives
• Analysis (mainly in Excel) of data on delivery operations associated with Out of Home logistics.
• Supervision of daily operations, detecting incidents, supporting operational teams and carrying out root causes analysis to define detailed improvement plans that will subsequently be reported to the team.
• Close collaboration with delivery fleet managers and last mile station managers to ensure a smooth operation that meets quality standards.
• Standardization of the delivery process through continuous training and the (re)definition requests of the processes that take place in the delivery/collection of packages.
What requirements are we looking for?
• +2 years of experience in logistics and last mile operations. (Knowledge in the Out Of Home branch will be highly valued)
• Studies in Logistics, Engineering, Administration or related field
• Master's degree in Excel and mastery of the Office environment
• English level B2 (or higher) for interaction with global teams. (Speaking Chinese will be positively valued)
• Strong analytical profile, with critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
