ISG , a leading recruitment and consulting group with strong roots across Europe, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our dynamic team in Madrid.
? What You’ll Do:
As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in identifying and attracting top IT talent for exciting projects across Europe. From your very first day, you’ll gain hands-on experience in:
- Creating and managing job advertisements for IT roles
- Sourcing and screening candidates through platforms like LinkedIn and job boards
- Conducting initial interviews and assessments
- Supporting our consultants in end-to-end recruitment processes
- Maintaining and updating our applicant tracking systems
