We are looking for an amazing Sales & Account Manager to join the French Business Team in our Barcelona Office to start in July 2025! ?

Your Role at Weekendesk ?

As an Account Manager Assistant, you'll team up with our Account Managers to oversee a portfolio of around 200 hotels. You’ll help us ensure that our partners have their best offers live on our platform.


Here’s what your daily responsibilities will look like:

  • Being in daily contact with partners by phone and email
  • Assisting the accounts managers who are responsibles for the sales of more or less 200 hotels in each portfolio
  • Being responsible for the availabilities of the hotel, the main objective is to always have product available, and everyday
  • Checking the competitiveness of the rates compared with the competitors and will be in charge of the prices update
  • Helping the accounts managers with putting new deals online and improve the content/pictures of existing deals (content update)
  • Working together with the Marketing Department to do quality and price checks on the website
  • Working together with the Distribution Department to find new offers to push with all our distributors partners
  • Managing accounts and be responsible for their needs.
