Those Huge Small Victories

Our clinicians are fulfilled by the idea of affecting even the smallest positive changes in our young people, so we celebrate the little things.

Get out what you put in

This role is based at Lavender Lodge School.

Lavender Lodge School resides within an 18th Century building in the heart of Mitcham. Our pupils come from many different boroughs to attend our school and are lucky to experience a ‘life-changing love of learning.’ We are proud of our pupils and our dedicated team, and pupils leave us with a sense of achievement. We were recently recognised as Good by Ofsted.

Our clinicians are a crucial part of the most joined-up model in SEND. Across all of our specialist schools and children’s homes, we provide unrivalled levels of clinical support, both in terms of our expertise and breadth of provision. Our young people present with a complexity of needs including developmental trauma, neurodevelopmental conditions, and special educational needs.

As part of a multi-disciplinary clinical team, you will support educational and residential colleagues to provide therapeutic living and learning environments. Based on clinical assessment and formulation, you will offer individualized interventions and engagement to our young people. You’ll also assess our young people’s mental health and recommend appropriate interventions in a personalized care plan.
