Building Construction Project Managers - BNEJoin to apply for the Building Construction Project Managers - BNE role at EGroup Protective Services Group Pty Ltd.We are regularly tendering for Civil Projects across Queensland and seeking expressions of interest from qualified individuals to join us in submissions. Successful candidates should be capable of committing to initial assignments lasting approximately 6 to 12 months, with potential for ongoing extensions and other projects.Mandatory RequirementsCommercial Building Construction experience is essential for managing & leading projects during the construction phase from a contractor's perspective. The role requires competence in the following areas:Budgeting, programming, monitoring expenditure, resource control, and priority reviewManaging Labour, Equipment, Materials, and Subcontractors within budget and schedule constraintsContract management activities including client liaisonProcurement of building materials and project services following guidelinesImplementing Project Management systems compliant with regulations and processesReporting and providing information to management within specified timeframesTraining and guiding project staff on specifications and construction processesContributing to estimating processes for bids or offersStrong knowledge of Australian Building Code Technical SpecificationsProficiency with project management software such as MYOB Advanced Construction, Autodesk Construction, Premier, Expert Project, Contractor Foreman, InEight, Fieldwire, Buildxact, Procore, or similarExcellent written, verbal, and computer literacy skillsExperience with Project Management Systems, including Safety and EnvironmentQualifications / AccreditationsA Building Trade Qualification and a valid driver's license are mandatory. Post-Trade Project Management courses and a QBCC Licence are advantageous.Proposed hours are approximately 38 per week, with potential for longer hours and weekend work. The role is primarily based around South East QLD or Northern NSW, with possible work in regional or remote locations.You must have the right to work in Australia and prior experience working on Australian projects, with well-developed interpersonal and consultative skills.Company OverviewCivil Services Group is a specialist Civil Project Management and Delivery Company based in Queensland, with a strong track record in delivering major projects.
