About the role

The role of the Services Coordinator is to work closely with the Services Manager to provide technical support to our project teams, communicate services delivery strategies to our clients and oversee the commissioning across a variety of projects. As part of your responsibilities, you will:

• Work with the Bid and Estimating team and Project teams to review and qualify tender submissions.
• Ensure building services design complies with specifications, Australian Standards, Codes, Regulatory Authorities, and client requirements
• Review designs and solutions and propose best value solutions for the overall project.
• Coordinate subcontractor proposals and negotiations.
• Carry out regular project progress inspections.
• Develop commissioning plans and manage commissioning process of all services subcontractors.

About you

• Services Trade and/or Degree background in Engineer/Building Services (Electrical is preferred).
• Developing knowledge of a broad range of construction processes.
• Understanding of specifications and drawings.
• Understanding of OHS requirements within the industry.
• Preferably have experience or delivering design and construction projects with Greenstar and/or WELLS requirements.
• Understanding of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel & Project).
• Great problem solving and organisational skills.
