The Rabo Graduate Program offers a unique 18-month opportunity for university graduates to develop their careers through various rotations, including domestic, regional, and international placements, such as our global head office in Utrecht.
Technology Graduate Stream: This track enables graduates to develop skills in Infrastructure, Systems, Data Analytics, and Cyber Security, with rotations across these fields and short-term placements in rural branches, Operations, and Risk & Compliance. Selected participants may also have an international rotation in Utrecht.
Candidate Profile:
- Final year undergraduate or postgraduate students, or recent graduates within the last three years.
- Available to start full-time from February 2026.
- Australian or New Zealand citizens or permanent residents.
- Demonstrated interest and knowledge in your chosen field.
- Passion for the food and agribusiness industry is advantageous.
- Self-motivated, organized, with strong time management, attention to detail, and communication skills.
