Key Responsibilities

  • Quoting, booking and invoicing cruise bookings and packages
  • Ensure that KPIs are met, meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets
  • Support and handle walk-in, email & telephone enquiries efficiently and accurately
  • Maximise sales opportunities by upselling & cross-selling
  • Monitor and action all relevant mailboxes daily
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive product information in order to deliver and generate sales

Who are you?

  • Proven experience working in a customer service environment and working towards sales targets
  • Minimum 2 years’ retail or wholesale experience in the Cruise or Travel Industry
  • GDS experience
  • Exceptional focus on details, adept problem-solving skills, and thrive under pressure
  • Ambitious, highly motivated, and proficient in organizing tasks efficiently
