The Role & Responsibilities:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and customer-focused Assistant Store Manager to lead and develop the team at our Nude Lucy store in Melbourne Central!

Responsibilities include:
- Lead by example to set management expectations across your Team
- Manage in-store Employee Relations such as grievances and performance management
- Train, mentor and coach Team Members to work towards goals and succession planning
- Problem solving and ability to provide solutions
- Produce and analyse required financial reports – i.e. Payroll reports
- Roster Management and payroll approval
- Manage Team ( Shop Floor & Back of House) to ensure that tasks are completed in an efficient and effective manner
- Proactive approach in loss prevention management i.e. stock shrinkage
- Work with the Visual Merchandising Team to ensure that all creative visions are applied within the store
- Demonstrate a duty of care to Team Members, internal & external stakeholders by ensuring that the work environment is safe, healthy and fit for work
- Ensure that all tasks completed by Team Members are done in a safe manner in accordance to Safe Work Practices and expectations are communicated to all Team Members
To be successful you will have the following:
- The successful candidate will have strong fashion retail experience, be immaculately presented, and live and breathe the Nude Lucy brand ethos
- Ability to work full time Sunday to Thursday roster
- Leader, motivator and overall inspiring individual
- High level of written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities, tasks and overall expectations
