- Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk management plans.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards in project management and software development.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
