Our MissionOS software is globally recognised and currently installed on some of the world’s largest infrastructure projects.

The Role

Working closely with the CEO, you will be responsible for the sales of MissionOS in the Asia Pacific region. Primary duties include:

  1. Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the region, as well as increasing revenue within existing client portfolios.
  2. Creating regional growth plans, including expansion into new markets like mining, and managing tenders, contracts, resources, and project profitability.
  3. Collaborating with management on sales strategies, pricing, and delivery plans, and diagnosing issues affecting revenue to develop solutions.
  4. Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, delivering high-standard products and services.
  5. Engaging with clients to gather feedback and improve product delivery.
  6. Making presentations at meetings, conferences, and industry events, and working with marketing on sales collateral.

The Candidate

Applicants should demonstrate success in a technical sales role, preferably within data management. Key qualities include:

  • Self-motivation, interpersonal skills, and the ability to develop long-term partnerships.
  • IT competence, preferably experience in the engineering construction industry or related sectors.
  • Understanding of the sales procurement process with global and state-owned companies.
  • Knowledge of technical sales processes from opportunity to contract.
  • Awareness of cultural, political, and legal factors across the APAC region.
  • Degree in Civil, Geotechnical Engineering, Mining, or related fields with at least 15 years of experience.
