About the role
Verifies arrival and departure details and arranges luggage handling, transportation, and other guest requests.
Directs guests and visitors to hotel facilities.
Escorts guests to their rooms, explaining in-house and room features.
Transports guest luggage to and from rooms upon arrival and departure.
Logs vehicle license numbers and types on luggage tags for reference.
Assists with luggage storage, ensuring proper handling, security, and procedures.
Helps direct traffic in the hotel driveway.
Familiarizes with hotel products, services, policies, and current promotions.
Qualifications
Thorough knowledge of Sydney.
Friendly and outgoing personality.
Current NSW Manual Driver’s License.
Experience in a five-star hotel is preferred.
