Description We have fantastic opportunities for driven and committed VCE Mathematical Methods & Specialist Maths tutors to join our passionate Tutoring Team! Be the leader who develops and nurtures relationships with our students and parents, and helps them derive maximum benefit and satisfaction from our offerings at Contour Education. We have multiple roles available at all of our Victorian Campuses — Point Cook, Narre Warren, Glen Waverley, Box Hill, and Melbourne CBD. We run weekly small-group tutoring sessions, presented by young and experienced tutors that teach in a simple, intuitive, and engaging way. We also supplement these sessions with weekly workshops, complimentary 1-on-1 support, and a learning portal with a comprehensive suite of resources and practice material to help students master their subjects. Opportunity to Tutor Groups Ever wanted to do group tutoring but lacked the time or students? Transitioning from one-on-one tutoring, you can now motivate groups of students with your knowledge without extra admin work or finding students. Access to High-Quality Tutoring Material Creating tutoring resources can be time-consuming and tedious. We have invested thousands of hours into creating detailed notes and resources for VCE subjects. All you need to do is prepare by reviewing the class workbooks and provide an excellent tutoring experience. Competitive Pay and Compensation We value our tutors’ hard work with competitive pay. Starting rates range from $90 to $160 per 2-hour class, depending on class size. Experienced tutors can apply for senior roles with higher rates, and with our new revenue-sharing model introduced in 2024, your earnings can grow as the company grows. Minimal Admin Work Focus on teaching, not admin. We handle attendance, student emails, payments, and enrolments. You can also create additional resources or do extra work with tailored payment options. Support & Personal Development Work in a collaborative, energetic environment.
