Join to apply for the Product Supply Associate Manager ANZ role at The Duracell Company.We have a new position for a Product Supply Associate Manager ANZ in Sydney, reporting to the PS Manager - Supply Planning & Customer Service ANZ.Expected ContributionsEnsure smooth transition during 3PL system implementation (Paperless and Salesforce)Improve and simplify processes within the Product Supply teamBuild strong collaboration with 3PL to enhance operational efficiencyKey ResponsibilitiesLead SAP system testing with 3PL WMS (Paperless) and CRM (Salesforce)Communicate with 3PL and cross-functional teams during testing and hyper careTravel frequently to 3PL at Eastern Creek for testing and updatesAssist in process improvement and automation using Excel/BI toolsContribute to team goals such as forecast accuracy, cost savings, and inventory optimizationSupport customer order creation, PO receipt, and issues as neededQualifications5+ years’ experience in a similar roleProject management and systems testing expertiseKnowledge of BI, SAP, WMS (Paperless), CRM (Salesforce), and EDI systems advantageousExperience with multifunctional teams (Warehousing, Category, Sales)Resilience, collaboration skills, motivation, organization, and a positive attitudeDuracell is a leading FMCG brand, known globally for its batteries and innovation.
