Belgravia’s customer care team is seeking passionate Contact Centre Consultants in our Tourism division.
The Role
Provide support to our Caravan Parks, Holiday Parks, and Wellness Centres across Victoria. We have two full-time roles available, with some weekend work required. The roles are fully remote, requiring flexible availability for weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
The responsibilities include:
- Handling inbound and outbound customer communication via phone, email, SMS, and live chat
- Delivering excellent customer service by addressing customer needs and concerns
- Ensuring service quality meets customer experience standards
- Engaging with customers, promoting, and upselling services
- Supporting bookings for Caravan Parks, Holiday Parks, and Wellness Centres
- Converting online inquiries into sales
- Building positive relationships to enhance customer experience
The Ideal Candidate
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience in customer-facing roles
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Proficient with computers and IT systems
- Solution-focused mindset
Essential Qualifications
- Level 2 First Aid
- Current CPR certification
- Working with Children's Check (Employee status)
- National Police Check
