Our customer, a renowned services company, is looking for an Employment lawyer to join a growing team for an initial period of 6 months. This role is due to start as soon as possible.

If you have in-house employment law experience and can access any major hubs such as Sydney, Brisbane, or Melbourne, we would love to hear from you!

The role requires circa 3-11 years of post-admission experience in employment law gained from either private practice or in-house, preferably in-house, with experience across:

• Workplace Investigations
• EBA interpretation
• Disciplinary Action
• Managing a range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters
• Employee claims such as general protection and unfair dismissal claims
