Contact Centre Consultant

Belgravia’s customer care team is looking for passionate Contact Centre Consultants in our Tourism division.
The Role
To support our Caravan Parks, Holiday Parks, and Wellness Centres across Victoria.
We have two full-time roles available (some weekend work required). The role requires flexible availability for weekdays, evenings, and weekends. This is a fully remote, work-from-home position.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer communication via phone, email, SMS, and live chat
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer needs and concerns
- Ensure service quality meets customer experience standards
- Engage with customers, promote, and up-sell services
- Support bookings at our Caravan Parks, Holiday Parks, and Wellness Centres
- Convert online inquiries into sales
- Build positive customer relationships for a great experience
Ideal Candidate
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience in customer-facing roles
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Proficient with computers and IT systems
- Solution-focused mindset
Essential Qualifications
- Level 2 First Aid
- Current CPR certification
- Working with Children Check (Employee status)
- National Police Check
