Role Overview: Instructor Senior Analyst

The Instructor Senior Analyst role involves instructional design and delivering training on various topics. Responsibilities include facilitating instructor-led training, creating training resources, exams, and certifications, and evaluating training effectiveness and ROI.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Conduct training for new and experienced employees.
  • Perform needs analysis and make training recommendations.
  • Establish feedback loops between learning and leadership.
  • Create and schedule classes.
  • Maintain an enthusiastic work environment and culture.
  • Counsel and guide managers on employee development.
  • Build relationships with managers and employees.
  • Recommend improvements to training sessions and methods.
  • Escalate issues posing business risks.
  • Utilize Learning Management System to administer courses, surveys, and generate reports.

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1+ years’ experience in talent development, training, or coaching.
  • Minimum of 1+ years’ experience in sales or sales training.

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Experience in Cloud Computing and technology.
  • Experience delivering effective sales curricula.
  • Prior experience as a Sales Coach or Team Lead.
  • Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT).
  • Experience with software like Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Kahoot, Mentimeter.

Professional Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional language and annunciation.
  • Initiative and strong work ethic.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to translate concepts into tasks.
  • Fluency in English.
