The Role

As a Sales Assistant, your goal is to provide exceptional customer service, creating memorable shopping experiences and fostering a positive connection with our brand. You will act as a brand ambassador, maintain product knowledge, offer personalized assistance, handle queries, and collaborate with the team to achieve KPIs. Support tasks include visual merchandising, store presentation, and addressing customer complaints.
