The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Insulation Installer (Lagger) to join our team. You’ll be responsible for delivering quality work on time, ensuring safety, maintaining a clean work environment, and contributing to operational excellence and process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Complete tasks within set timeframes to meet production standards
- Maintain a Zero Harm Safety Culture
- Keep the work environment clean and efficient
- Identify opportunities to reduce waste and improve material usage
Requirements
Essential
- Proven experience as a Trades Assistant or similar role
- Physical fitness for manual tasks and lifting
- Basic Math Skills for measurements and calculations
- Attention to detail for quality assurance
Desirable
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in Marine Insulation or related industries
- High Risk Licence for Forklift & EWP
- Effective time management skills
