Be the leader who develops and nurtures relationships with our students and parents, and helps them derive maximum benefit and satisfaction from our offerings at Contour Education. We have multiple roles available at all of our Victorian Campuses - Point Cook, Narre Warren, Glen Waverley, Box Hill, and Melbourne CBD. We run weekly small-group tutoring sessions, presented by young and experienced tutors that teach in a simple, intuitive, and engaging way. We also supplement these sessions with weekly workshops, complimentary 1-on-1 support, and a learning portal with a comprehensive suite of resources and practice material to help students master their subjects. Opportunity to Tutor Groups Have you ever wanted to do group tutoring but never had the time or students? Maybe you’ve been doing one-on-one tutoring and now want to explore group settings? As a VCE tutor at Contour, you can motivate groups of students with your knowledge without the hassle of extra admin work or finding students. Access to High-Quality Tutoring Material You’ve probably spent hundreds of unpaid hours creating tutoring resources. We understand that and have invested thousands of hours into creating detailed notes and resources for VCE subjects. All you need to do is prepare for your sessions by reviewing the class workbooks and provide an excellent tutoring experience. Competitive Pay and Compensation We pride ourselves on rewarding our tutors. The starting rate ranges from $90 to $160 per 2-hour class, depending on class size. Experienced tutors can apply for senior roles with higher rates, and with dedication, your pay can increase. Additionally, from 2024, we’ve introduced a revenue sharing model where you also earn a portion of the income generated by your classes. Minimal Admin Work Admin tasks are minimal—mainly attendance, managing student emails, and addressing questions outside class via social media or email. Our support team manages scheduling, payments, and enrolments, allowing you to focus on tutoring. If you wish to create additional resources or do extra work, we can discuss tailored payment arrangements. Support & Personal Development Work in a collaborative and energetic environment.
