WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

As our search marketing specialist, your main responsibility will be to devise innovative strategies across our portfolio of global brands, this means applying your creativity from conceptualisation, design and copy straight through to targeting and optimisation. The role will be centred around paid search, however, we require organic search and programmatic skills as some of our stakeholders may need assistance on an ad hoc basis, we like to be fully equipped for this!

Day to day, you will liaise with our brand managers and directors to track progress and any important changes on requirements. You will need to be data-driven, as you will use performance metrics and ad performance to back your strategies. Collaboration lies at the heart of our ethos. WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE...

• 2+ years' experience in paid + organic search
• Previous experience in creating strategy across a variety of different industries
• Previous experience in creating strategy across various campaign types, eCommerce, D2C and Brand Awareness
• A strong understanding of social media ad platforms and the Google Suite
• The desire to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
