Description:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Magento Tech Lead to join our e-commerce development team. As a Magento Tech Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and customization of Magento-based e-commerce solutions. Your technical expertise in Magento development, coupled with your leadership skills, will be instrumental in driving the success of our e-commerce projects.

Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of Magento developers, providing technical guidance and support.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
Customize and extend Magento functionalities to meet project specifications.
Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to Magento best practices.
Integrate third-party systems and plugins with Magento platforms.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Magento implementations.
Optimize e-commerce platforms for SEO and mobile responsiveness.
Stay up-to-date with Magento updates, trends, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Proven as a Magento Developer or Tech Lead.
Extensive knowledge of Magento architecture, custom module development, and extension integration.
Experience with Magento 2.x and familiarity with Magento 1.x is a plus.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Magento certifications are advantageous.
