Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the port team, ensuring effective processes and collaboration.
- Allocate resources and manage staffing for operations.
- Maintain communication with cruise ships and stakeholders, including port authorities.
- Work with the Port Delivery Team Manager to foster good relationships with cruise lines.
- Plan and book shore excursions across Australian ports, with potential travel.
- Manage operational incidents to minimize impact.
- Handle last-minute changes and requests with suppliers.
