Ettamogah Hotel isn’t just a pub; it’s a destination. As one of our flagship venues, we set the standard for exceptional service, unforgettable experiences, and a dynamic atmosphere. Whether it’s a bustling weekend, a live music night, or a packed beer garden, we thrive on delivering top tier hospitality to our guests.

We’re on the lookout for an Assistant Manager who’s passionate about leadership, loves a fast-paced environment, and knows how to create a team culture that keeps both staff and guests coming back. Working closely with the Venue Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations, mentor staff, and ensure every service runs smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Be a motivational and inspiring leader, develop and train the team to ensure an exceptional guest experience every time
• Manage the day to day operations of the Venue - open/close, back of house administration, recruiting team members, rostering and assisting guests
• Bring your passion for good food and creating moments that matter for our guests
• Be creative - develop and grow the business through your own initiatives
  
  

What do we need from you

What You’ll Need

• Hospitality/Retail leadership experience, ideally working across food, bars and gaming
• Ability to lead, develop and coach a large, multi-skilled team
• Operational experience to achieve financial and business targets
• Highly developed customer service skills
• Current industry RSA and RCG qualifications. An Advanced Responsible Conduct of Gaming for NSW is preferred, not essential
