Digital Marketing Specialist

Jaden Digital is a premium web and technology business specialising in web development. Over the past 10+ years, we have developed hundreds of websites, platforms, and mobile apps. We also have a stellar digital marketing team with expertise in brand strategy, creative execution, analytics, and market research. Our primary focus is strategic support and end-to-end development, marketing, and customer support.

About the Role:

Taking on a key senior management role, our new Digital Marketing Specialist will lead the creative and account management team in delivering digital marketing services. This role ensures collaborative, creative, and effective campaigns are executed within scope, budget, and deadlines, driving client business growth through strategic marketing and advertising initiatives.

The remuneration for this role is a base salary of $75,000 plus superannuation.

As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Partnering with clients to understand their objectives, providing strategic direction, and delivering tailored marketing and advertising solutions;
• Building and nurturing a strong team culture through creative, collaborative, and productivity-based initiatives;
• Accurately managing campaign budgets and consistently reviewing financial performance;
• Coordinating the end-to-end production of advertising campaigns, including artwork, copywriting, media scripting, and media placements, ensuring alignment with time and budget constraints;
• Conducting detailed market research to analyse consumer insights, market characteristics, and trends, interpreting data to predict future consumer behaviours and demand;
• Commissioning and undertaking comprehensive market research to identify opportunities for new and existing products and services;
• Advising clients comprehensively on marketing strategies including product positioning, pricing, promotional strategies, selling techniques, and distribution channels;
• Developing and executing strategic marketing policies, programs, and objectives designed explicitly to support client business growth;
• Staying current with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and advertising.

About You:

We are looking for an accomplished individual confident in managing the creative process, with a track record of delivering on ambitious and strategic briefs. To be successful in the role, you will:

• Hold tertiary qualifications or relevant experience in Brand, Social, Digital, Media, Events, or Commercial;
• Demonstrate proven social media, branding, marketing, digital experience, and proficiency in managing large-scale projects and client relationships;
• Possess a creative flair and strategic big-picture thinking to drive initiatives forward;
• Have strong analytical skills to interpret consumer data and predict market trends;
• Exhibit meticulous attention to detail, anticipating challenges, and ensuring campaigns are robustly tested before client handover.
