About The Role
Please note, visa sponsorship is not available with this position.
Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in your assigned section.
Work under the guidance of the senior Chefs.
Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation.
Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards.
Assist in training junior kitchen staff.
Manage stock levels and minimize waste.
About You
Experience in a similar role within events or a premium restaurant is essential.
Ability and experience in working specific sections within the Brigade.
A passion for food and a commitment to culinary excellence.
The ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or extensive tenure in a chef role).
Food Handling Supervisor certificate.
Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
