Gore Associates, please login to view internal opportunities and refer candidates.About the Role: We are seeking a Customer Service - Inventory Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing and coordinating the inventory of medical devices in the field, directly impacting inventory efficiency and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will collaborate with the sales team and customers to source products for cases and manage implanted (Waiting to Bill) inventory.This position is based at our facility in Australia.Responsibilities:Collaborate proactively with FSAs and customers to manage field inventory, including consignment auditing, reducing product expiration, missing items, and the time between implant and purchase order receipt.Coordinate consignment agreements with field and internal teams; work closely with sales leaders and planners to execute and strategize field inventory plans, especially as we approach new product commercialization.Partner with sales and analytics teams to identify inventory improvement opportunities and optimize trunk stock and consigned inventory.Identify and propose process improvements within field inventory management to ensure effective inventory control.Support the development, testing, rollout, and training of inventory management tools.Monitor inventory levels, stock adjustments, and write-offs, ensuring compliance with documented processes.Conduct monthly reports on inventory metrics, analyze trends, and review these with relevant stakeholders.Develop strong relationships with Sales, Operations, and Planning teams; participate in sales meetings to discuss inventory needs and initiatives.Provide relief support for customer service tasks, including order entry and communication management.Required Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar industry, including at least 6 months in data analytics, inventory management, logistics, or supply chain practices.Proficiency in learning new systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong data analysis skills for informed decision-making.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Effective communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.Advanced Excel skills.Time management, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork skills.Flexibility to work hours based on business needs.Willingness to travel up to 10%.Desired Qualifications:Experience with Oracle E1 or SAP, and familiarity with sales tools like Salesforce, Cognos, and Tableau.What We Offer: We provide a comprehensive rewards program, benefits promoting well-being, and opportunities for profit-sharing and stock ownership.
