Behaviour Therapy & Co. is a Perth SOR-based provider of personalised, trauma-informed, and neurodiversity-affirming supports for NDIS participants of all ages. We specialise in positive behaviour support, social work, support work, counselling, and therapeutic services, with a focus on emotional wellbeing, independence, and meaningful engagement.

We work with self-managed and plan-managed participants, offering flexible, relationship-based services that prioritise consistency, trust, and empowerment.

Role Description

As a Support Worker with Behaviour Therapy & Co., you will provide person-centred, home-based support to individuals with a disability under the NDIS. Your role will involve emotional regulation support, engagement in daily routines or activities, and helping participants build independence and confidence in their everyday lives. You’ll be part of a small, supportive team committed to ethical practice, compassion, and meaningful outcomes.

• Supporting participants with in-home tasks, routines, and activities.

• Providing emotional and behavioural support in line with individual needs.

• Encouraging independence, communication, and social engagement.

• Following individual support plans and routines.

• Maintaining professional boundaries and reporting requirements.

• Collaborating respectfully with families, guardians, and the Behaviour Therapy & Co. team

Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals with disability.

• Strong interpersonal and emotional regulation skills

• Working rights in Australia.

• First Aid and CPR Certificate

• Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check (or to be obtained)

• Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism

• Willingness to work from a trauma-informed & neurodiversity-affirming approach

• Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, Youth Work, or similar.

• Experience with autism, ADHD, intellectual disability, or mental health support.

• Background or interest in psychology, social work, or allied health.

• Understanding of the NDIS Code of Conduct.
