A DAY IN THE LIFE
Located in Eustis on the High Peaks Scenic Byway, the Kibby Wind Farm is situated within the Chain of Ponds Public Reserved Lands, featuring five interconnected ponds between Indian Stream Mountain and Sisk Mountain. The area offers stunning scenery and outdoor recreation opportunities.
In this intermediate-level role, you will perform maintenance and/or installation work on wind turbines using your skills and training, with minimal supervision. You will follow defined schedules and safety protocols, and may mentor entry-level technicians.
Expect to work at heights of up to 250 feet or in confined spaces for maintenance and repairs. The work is outdoors and can be affected by weather conditions. You will climb, carry tools and parts, and perform physical tasks to complete your work.
Teamwork, professionalism, safety, and attention to detail are core to our operations. We also value suggestions to improve safety and quality.
