Your New Role
We’re seeking an IT Service Delivery Officer to keep our digital systems running smoothly and support a broad range of users across the City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder. You'll deliver first- and second-level support, manage assets, and contribute to tech upgrades and system improvements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling ICT service requests and incidents
- Managing service performance to meet SLAs
- Supporting tech upgrades and deployments
- Maintaining IT asset records and documentation
- Ensuring compliance with ICT security policies
- Providing end-user training and troubleshooting support
What You’ll Bring
- Tertiary IT qualification or 2+ years in IT support/delivery
- Skills in Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Teams, SharePoint, Intune
- Knowledge of networking, desktop/mobile environments
- Familiarity with ITSM tools and frameworks (e.g., ServiceNow, ITIL)
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- A collaborative, user-first mindset
Must-have:
WA ‘C’ Class Driver’s Licence
Satisfactory National Police Clearance
