We take pride in our ESG efforts, not only looking to improve the lives of others but also the environment that we live and work in.About the roleDovetail is a diverse cabinetry business offering a wide range of flat-pack furniture for bedrooms, lounges, kitchens, and laundries. Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, this role is pivotal in planning, coordinating, and managing all inventory operations.As the Inventory & Administration Planner, you’ll work closely with the operations team to optimise forecasting accuracy and provide vital support to both the Bunnings Distribution Centre and manufacturing operations. Your efforts will ensure exceptional customer service is delivered to both internal and external business partners.Your main responsibilities include:Managing customer inquiries and ensuring exceptional customer service.Overseeing import and export logistics, including freight and inventory coordination.Maintaining high data accuracy and monitoring system efficiency.Collaborating with operations to maximize forecasting accuracy and optimise inventory.Identifying and implementing process improvements for seamless operations.About youWe’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment and embodies a customer-first approach. Your ability to adapt quickly, pay close attention to detail, and embrace flexibility will set you apart.
