Experienced Paid Media Manager (Paid Social/Paid Search) | Part Time

We've got the role for you:

  • Work in a small, close knit agency
  • Work with B2B and B2C Clients
  • Work Part Time in a hybrid setup (3 days a week, 1-2 days on site)

About the role:

As a Paid Media Manager, you will work across Meta, Google and LinkedIn paid media products. Your day to day will include onboarding new clients, setting up new accounts, optimizing existing clients, and reporting to clients through monthly reports and client meetings (and throughout the month as needed).

You are analytical, detail-oriented, and have a conversion-first approach with your work.

The day to day:

  • Develop, manage, and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Optimise PMAX and Feeds
  • Test new campaign types and A/B Test on all platforms
  • Audience and targeting optimisation
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis
  • Setup new accounts
  • Monthly reporting
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and visuals.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid media.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and bid strategies to maximise ROI.
  • Work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure campaign alignment with overall marketing objectives.

Your skills and role:

  • Proven experience across paid media with performance results
  • 2 years minimum paid media experience (ideally 4-5)
  • Project & Time Management Skills
  • A strong copywriting style (although we have an in house copywriter who can assist)
  • Experience producing client reports
  • An appreciation for conversion rate optimisation strategies and producing strong business results
  • Agency Experience
  • Proven ability to provide optimisations and strategies to improve campaign performance.

Nice to have:

  • Google Analytics 4 experience
  • Experience with Looker Studio
  • Asana and Slack Experience
  • Conversion Tracking Knowledge
