Job Description
The pathway for a broker's development from beginner to mastery can take upward of 12- 18+ months. At Lendi Group, we call this the Skills Competency Journey. The Aussie Graduate Program is a best-in-breed broker induction training program - designed to deliver the foundational skill competencies and capabilities required to set up an Aussie Broker for success.

What's the role?
Reporting to the Senior Manager COE - LendiGroup Broker Academy, the COE Academy Manager is responsible for delivering a structured, national 8-week Lendi Group Broker Academy. This role requires expert facilitation and coaching to drive sales effectiveness, mortgage lending competency, and customer experience excellence. The role collaborates with Sales Leaders, Franchisees, and key stakeholders to support new brokers in developing the foundational skills needed for success. This position also creates and maintains learning content, leverages data to optimise broker performance, and ensures compliance with regulatory and internal standards.

What You Will Do

  • Deliver the Lendi Group Graduate Programme, following a structured weekly training schedule:
    • Systems usage and process enablement
    • Customer qualification & core sales skills
    • Risk analysis & lender presentation
    • Compliance & Customer Experience
  • Conduct one-to-one coaching sessions and develop GROW/Coaching plans to drive performance improvements.
  • Foster a cooperative, diverse, and inclusive work environment through relationship management.
  • Build strong relationships with Sales Leaders, Franchisees, and key stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement clear communication strategies for training programs.
  • Track performance using data analytics to optimise key metrics.
  • Integrate innovative learning solutions, including AI and gamification.
  • Align training with business objectives to maximise broker performance and revenue.
Qualifications
  • Experience in the home loan lending space as either a broker or lender.
  • Strong facilitation skills to engage and inspire learners.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including setting expectations, providing feedback, and driving collaboration.
  • Proven ability to analyse performance data and coach for improvement.
  • Skilled in creating and delivering training in various formats (face-to-face, virtual, eLearning).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Confluence, Jira, and Slack.
  • Agile and adaptable to change.
